Terms & PostagePostage charges are at cost, sufficient to cover the cost of postage, together with packaging to ensure your book reaches you in the condition it left us. For orders within Australia, we use Postpak Tough Bags for all books other than very thin paperbacks.
Overseas orders are always sent by Air Mail. We offer regular airmail, or an economy option which can be up to 25% cheaper, but may take a week or two longer. Due to the 4 zones which apply, and the different weight bands, it is not practical to provide a full list of charges here, but to give you some idea of cost, a typical hardback book weighing between 500 - 750g would cost $22 to USA by regular airmail, or $16.50 using the economy option. Please email us peter@berrybooks.com.au for a firm price - we will always respond within 24 hours, usually much more quickly. Any book may be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs) provided it is returned with 7 days - we just ask that you contact us to let us know that the book is being returned. If a book has been mis-described, you may return it for a full refund including postage costs - again we ask you to contact us beforehand. |
